What you don't pay for.
- No per-customer-session fees. Capture as many photos as you want.
- No per-photo storage fees (image storage included for retention period below).
- No per-print platform fees. Mail-order lab prints pass-through; on-site prints platform-included.
- No per-staff-user fees beyond your tier cap.
- No data egress fees for normal customer access.
Photo retention
Customer galleries available for 18 months by default. Custom retention windows on Enterprise (e.g. 7-year retention for contracted exhibition photography).
FAQ
Pricing questions, answered.
- How do you count "active venues"?
- A venue is active in any month it has at least one published shift or capture session. Closed-for-season venues don't count against your cap.
- Can I scale up mid-season?
- Yes. You can add venues mid-cycle at a prorated rate. Closing venues mid-cycle credits forward.
- What if I exceed my tier?
- We email you, you upgrade or we annual-true-up. No surprise overage fees.
- Do you offer a free trial?
- We offer paid pilots — a single venue, single season, full platform access, no annual commitment, retention of all your data if you don't continue.
- Per-venue billing — what if my venues are seasonal?
- Seasonal venues only count for months they're active. A Halloween-only venue running October pays October. A Santa-only venue running mid-November through December 24 pays two months.

We publish what we charge because we believe operator buyers should know whether we're financially in range before they spend an hour on a sales call. Our pricing changes through transparent revisions on this page; existing contracts honor the rate at signing.
